We require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot in our production queue and source your materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before your piece ships or is picked up. We accept major credit cards, check, and bank transfer.

Yes – every piece is made to your specifications. You choose the wood species, dimensions, stain color, base style, leg design, hardware, and optional features like epoxy river inlays, live-edge slabs, or ceramic coatings. You pick it, we can build it.

We work with walnut, white oak, maple, ash, pine, cherry, pecky cypress, mahogany, teak, reclaimed wood, and many other species. Each has its own character – walnut is rich and dark, white oak is durable with open grain, maple is light and clean. During your consultation we will help match the right species to your style and budget.

Yes. Live-edge slabs and epoxy river tables are some of our most requested builds. Each live-edge slab is one-of-a-kind, preserving the natural contours of the tree. Epoxy river designs let you choose your color, opacity, and glow effects for a truly show-stopping centerpiece.

Most custom orders are completed in 10 to 12 weeks from the time your deposit is received and design details are finalized. This allows time to source premium lumber, mill and dry the wood, and complete the build and finishing process properly.

Once you approve the design and quote and place your deposit, we get to work. You will receive progress updates at key milestones, and local customers are welcome to visit the workshop before delivery to see and approve the finish in person.

Yes. We send progress photos and final completion photos before delivery so you can see exactly what is coming. We want you to be excited before it even arrives at your door.

Yes. We offer white-glove local delivery to Port Saint Lucie and surrounding areas on the Treasure Coast and South Florida. We will bring the piece in, place it exactly where you want it, and make sure you are happy before we leave.

We also ship nationwide via freight for customers outside Florida. Freight pieces are carefully packed and palletized to arrive safely. Delivery fees are quoted based on your location.

Not at all. Many customers design and order their piece entirely online or by phone. If you would like to see our craftsmanship up close, our Port Saint Lucie showroom is open to the public with no appointment needed Mon – Fri. Every custom wood piece – dining tables, coffee tables, shelving, wall units, and built-ins – is handcrafted from scratch in our Port Saint Lucie, Florida workshop by our own team. We source solid hardwoods and materials from domestic suppliers whenever possible. When you buy from us, you are getting something built by hand in America.

Our dining tables, solid wood tops, and furniture bases are built from solid hardwood – no particle board, no hollow cores. For cabinetry, wall units, and barn doors, we build with quality cabinet-grade plywood and solid wood components, the same materials used by any reputable custom cabinet shop. Everything is made to your exact dimensions and specifications, by hand, in our Florida workshop.

Furniture stores sell what is on the floor. We build what you actually need, sized for your space, in the wood and finish you choose.

Yes. All custom builds come with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering structural integrity and finish defects under normal use. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Natural wood movement – minor expansion, contraction, or checking – is a characteristic of solid wood and is not considered a defect. We will educate you on proper care to minimize these natural occurrences.

Solid wood furniture is built to last generations with proper care. Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Use coasters and placemats to protect the finish from heat and moisture. Maintain consistent indoor humidity between 40 and 60 percent to minimize wood movement. Clean spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

For oil or wax finished pieces, re-oiling or waxing once or twice per year will keep your piece looking its best. We are happy to advise on the right products for your specific finish.
